"Whilst the sun and the moon endure, America shall remain a city of refuge for the whole earth, Until she herself shall play the tyrant, forget her destiny, disgrace her freedom, and provoke her God."

This sounds like our government now....

Sep. 11th, 2007

i have been reading this article on the net about how people are being detained because of a score that they were given at the airports. Right now there are thousands of names on the list most of them are innocent people that the government says may have ties to terrorists....

read this:
"On December 6, 2006, Democrats in Congress tried to find out more about recent reports that the Department of Homeland Security "was using a scoring system" that rated the dangers posed by people crossing American borders. The Democrats were worried that these lists did not simply keep people from flying-they could keep them from getting jobs as well.

According to the New York Times, Vermont Senator Patrick J. Leahy said that "the program and broader government data-mining efforts could make it more difficult for innocent Americans to travel or to get a job -- without giving them the chance to know why they were labeled a security risk." So now there is not just the anxiety that you might be detained-you could also, if you are on certain secret lists, be turned down for a job and never know why.

Being on the list can get also get some people detained and tortured -- although they are innocent."

unfortunately i think my score is pretty low :-(.

"Making it more difficult for people out of favor with the state to travel back and forth across borders is a classic part of the fascist playbook. As Nazi Germany closed down, borders tightened and families fleeing internment were traumatized by the uncertainties that they knew they faced at the borders. When reporter Timothy Garton Ash published essays that offended the Stasi, he was forbidden to re-enter the GDR. The United States has recently been refusing visas to various respected Muslim scholars from universities such as Oxford -- scholars with no ties whatsoever to terrorists -- because they have been critical of U.S. policy. This has happened before in America: in the 1950s the FBI confiscated the passports of intellectuals and journalists who had been critical of anticommunist witch hunts."

Real i.d. is still on my mind so i'll make this short i'm not getting one. Guess i'll never learn to drive :-) but that's what bikes are for... I don't care if i end up like the amish as long as other people are going against that grain of sand too! Here's a list of things im learning just incase this happens:
hand sewing
knitting
weaving
dyeing thread
making soap
gardening etc.

i'm also starting to collect needles and buttons etc.
It's going to take alot of work and some of you might think i would be crazy to do it, but if you look at it,it's not fair amish don't drive so they cant get medical help , social security or buy anything or hold bank accounts how fair is that? And what about other people who can't drive or are retarded in some way, they can't but stuff either or get help. It may end up where all of our native american friends have to have inplanted rfid chips to track them. These things are not going to give security but turn brother against brother and people as a whole against our own governments. Why would people want this to be? Because of this too all people who don't get it will be in trouble, we won't be able to do anything and will eventually loose our homes. If it comes to this i most likely will become a nomad, but for now i'm studying my brains out until the time comes.... What will you do? & whose side of the Real i.d. card are you on? the governments or the people? Think about it and please leave me comments...

If i have to i will convert this blog to news or i will set up a wiki for it. But i can only do that is someone is actually reading what i write, is there? if so please leave a post the stuff i write isn't fake all of it's real. I'm not part of any of those alternate reality sites where people blog fiction to freak you out at least im not anymore and i think i deleted all those posts.
Everything that i write is strictly the truth on here and i hope people are listening. I live in the middle of nowhere and you are basically the only people i can contact that actually listen... sometimes it feels like i'm living on an uncharted deserted island calling for help and getting no replies... :-(. Oh well i hope some of you out there are listening.
This journal is not for inspiring works of writing because when inspiration does hit me someone usually lets me down, But this site does have little tidbits of information and if there are hard times ahead i asure you i'm there documenting it in either a notebook or other form. If people are going to jail for giving the news i'll be there handing out information and news bulletins for all to read, going against the grain of sand is my game and i hope there are others who would or are doing this so we can all come together for the common good.

Thanks, For listening....

Have you heard of the Real I.D. ? it's a new license issued by may 2008 basically it's a master card "no not that credit card" a card that has your entire identity that has all your driving history, your driving points, photo, your new 16 digit number etc. They say everyone who opposes getting one will not be able to get a job,a bank account, drive a car, buy or sell etc. If any of you have read the bible you probaly have heard of "the mark of the beast" well shall i describe it to you? it's the upgraded version of the above mentioned cards, it's as small as a grain of rice, implanted under the skin in your hand, and both the card and the chip make it possible where the government can track you nonstop. Apparently you can't even leave the state or country without one.... or go into government building or state parks. Unfortunately this act has already been passed by our government in 2005 it's called the REAL I.D. Act. Research it!

de-clutter tips by: zenhabits.com

  • Aug. 24th, 2007 at 4:16 PM

* Do it in small chunks. Set aside just 15 minutes to declutter just one shelf, and when that shelf or that 15 minutes is up, celebrate your victory. Then tackle another shelf for 15 minutes the next day. Conquering an entire closet or room can be overwhelming, and you might put it off forever. If that’s the case, just do it in baby steps.
* Set aside a couple hours to do it. This may seem contradictory to the above tip … and it is. It’s simply a different strategy, and I say do whatever works for you. Sometimes, for me, it’s good to set aside part of a morning, or an entire Saturday morning, to declutter a closet or room. I do it all at once, and when I’m done, it feels awesome.
* Take everything out of a shelf or drawer at once. Whichever of the two above strategies you choose, you should focus on one drawer or shelf at a time, and empty it completely. Then clean that shelf or drawer. Then, take the pile and sort it (see next tip), and put back just what you want to keep. Then tackle the next shelf or drawer.
* Sort through your pile, one item at a time, and make quick decisions. Have a trash bag and a give-away box handy. When you pull everything out of a shelf or drawer, sort through the pile one at a time. Pick up an item, and make a decision: trash, give away, or keep. Don’t put it back in the pile. Do this with the entire pile, and soon, you’ll be done. If you keep sorting through the pile, and re-sorting, it’ll take forever. Put back only what you want to keep, and arrange it nicely.
* Be merciless. You may be a pack rat, but the truth is, you won’t ever use most of the junk you’ve accumulated. If you haven’t used it in the last year, get rid of it. It’s as simple as that. If you’ve only used it once or twice in the last year, but know you won’t use it in the next year, get rid of it. Toss it if it’s unsalvageable, and give it away if someone else might be able to use it.
* Papers? Be merciless, unless it’s important. Magazines, catalogues, junk mail, bills more than a year old, notes to yourself, notes from others, old work stuff … toss it! The only exception is with tax-related stuff, which should be kept for seven years, and other important documents like warranties, birth and death and marriage certificates, insurance, wills, and other important documents like that. But you’ll know those when you see ‘em. Otherwise, toss!!!!
* If you are on the fence with a lot of things, create a “maybe” box. If you can’t bear to toss something because you might need it later, put it in the box, then close the box, label it, and put it in storage (garage, attic, closet), out of sight. Most likely, you’ll never open that box again. If that’s the case, pull it out after six months or a year, and toss it or give it away.
* Create a system to stop clutter from accumulating. There’s a reason you have tall stacks of papers all over the place, and big piles of toys and books and clothes. It’s because you don’t have a regular system to keep things in their place, and get rid of stuff you don’t need. This is a topic for another day, but it’s something to think about as you declutter. You’ll never get to perfect, but if you think more intelligently about how your house got cluttered, perhaps you can find ways to stop it from happening again.
* Celebrate when you’re done! This is actually a general rule in life: always celebrate your accomplishments, no matter how small. Even if you just decluttered one drawer, that’s great. Treat yourself to something delicious. Open that drawer (or closet, or whatever), and admire its simplicity. Breathe deeply and know that you have done a good thing. Bask in your peacefulness.

"sounds great to me :-)" gotta try now!!!

IRS views children as Assets

  • Aug. 21st, 2007 at 2:58 PM

Child welfare advocates and parents express outrage today as a policy change at the Internal Revenue Service allows them to view dependent children as assets... assets that can be taxed and, if necessary, seized.
"They're targeting families whose primary source of income is state welfare or other financial assistance acquired through their children."

"This is an assault on the family, an assault on the poor, and an assault on the American way of life," said Henderson. "Our children are not objects or property to be taxed."

Slated for 2008 implementation, the new policy requires parents to file Form 8290BS, listing dependent children living within the household. The form registers name, age, gender, and a basic descriptions of the asset.

Read this:

Homeland Security Secretary Michael Chertoff is unhappy. It seems there are several states that are resisting the federal effort to make them upgrade their state-issued drivers' licenses to meet the standards for a new national personal ID card.

His response? Issue threats that residents of those states that don't go along with the national ID will be required to show U.S. passports to enter federal buildings, national parks and monuments, even board an airplane for a domestic flight.

"This is not a mandate. A state doesn't have to do this," he said. "But we've been very clear and the law is very clear, if the state doesn't have at the end of the day, the end of the deadline, Real ID compliant licenses, then that state cannot expect that those licenses will be accepted for federal purposes."

It seems to me we are loosing all of our rights here in the U.S., In the near future we may not even be allowed to travel within the states! If it get's much worse than this i may have to move....

Hi again, man studying is awful on top of all the homework i got "golfer's elbow" from writing! ouch!!!
So this post is gonna be short. Temperatures here have come greatly! 91 instead of 105, Also since i last posted there was a really messed up storm come through but other than that the sun fizzles out every cloud :-( wish it would rain!!!

Also i have been studying EMF's " electro-magnetic fields" it seems that anything electronic emits it they cause cancer among other things!... So i have been looking and there are tons of things that block it. You may think i'm crazy but there is this thing called a crystal catalyst it's supposed to block the emf's from entering your body and there are catalyst tabs you put on all your electronics to stop them from emitting these fields. I am so gonna but it!!

Wow it's really been awhile since i've last posted or at least it feels that way. For a quick update i started doing yoga at home i had already had a yoga mat lying around so it's a very eco-friendly thing for me to do. The heat here is so bad we have to do it indoors but that is fine for me , i hate the sun and heat of summer i'm a winter person. Anyway i got my harry potter book friday at 12:45 a.m. at borders bookstore i was number 502! and there was at least 1,700 people there i had to wait in line that morning for my ticket number and i was in line for 3 1/2 hours it was crazy but so worth it! I also got a free 3 foot long harry potter poster with my purchase it was great.....

That's all for now.... for those of you that read harry potter i thought i should of told what happened to luna lovegood and stuff and what jobs harry and his friends got and where did they actually live but oh well maybe she just forgot......

Yesterday i bought bamboo, a fern , and a cute little venus fly trap :-).

Also i wanted to note that my jatropha are now just about ready to transplant, some are about 6 inches tall already i planted them only 1 and a half weeks ago!!! After i transplant them i'll try to post a photo.
p.s. jatropha seeds should be watered every day as seedlings if you are growing them in the summer "don't let the dirt crack around them".

Also if any of you are organization freaks and need some good software for free go with docsvault, editpadlite, evernote, and thinking rock.

4th of july

  • Jun. 30th, 2007 at 11:24 AM

Well the 4th of july is coming up! Sadly my parents won't let me shoot off fireworks this year usually me,my dad, and my uncles shoot off fireworks with our neighbors all night which is so fun you have no idea. But this year mom says no like she has to just about everything this year. You see i'm a recycler and my mom is a pitcher we are like exact opposites and fight on everything "she starts it" i think she is just too old now to be any fun. But anyway so far i got away with buying vegetables and i'm going to try and have a vegan bbq. You know i tried to become vegan at least 3 times before but my mom is like a mean viking and she wouldnt let me do it "she laughed at me!". I guess what i'm trying to say is: Man i cant wait to get away from here!!!! :-)

I just recently started a writing class, since you might of noticed that i'm not that good of a writer. One of the writing prompts was: describe you ideal writing place. This one was pretty easy and i will post my answer here.

My Ideal Writing Place:

My ideal writing place is outside away from people and all of society. It is peaceful and serene, It varies slightly from silent woods to a secluded part of a botanical garden. The temperature would be cool with a slight breeze, time of year: fall. You would most likely find me under a tall tree next to a gurgling stream with curious koi swimming around looking for bread krumbs. I would be on an old blanket with a sketch box, and writing materials. From my tea and steamed rice to my scattered pencils, pens, colored pencils and notebooks. I would also have my camera sitting on to of my bag ready to catch a glimpse of anything beautiful. My mode of transportation would be my bicycle, so while i was getting to this place i can hear and see everything around me.

Well tell me if any of you like this or not :-) and/or what your ideal writing place is.
